Collection and Use of Personal Data The Seller collects buyers' personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfill its obligations, provide information on new and promotional products, deliver promotional materials, improve customer relations, and verify other data strictly necessary for online purchases. The Seller is committed to protecting buyers' personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and will not share personal data with third parties in any way without the prior explicit consent of the Buyer.

3. Available Payment Methods Orders placed on the webshop www.fegoconcept.com can currently be paid using the following methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) / Payment upon receipt: The buyer pays the exact amount in cash directly to the courier at the time the shipment is delivered to the specified address.
  • Direct Bank Transfer: The buyer transfers the total order amount directly into our official bank account.

4. Payment Process for Bank Transfers If the buyer selects the Direct Bank Transfer method, they will receive our banking details upon checkout. The order enters the processing and packaging stage strictly after the transferred funds successfully clear and are visible in the Fego Concept bank account. Please ensure to use your Order Number as the payment reference to avoid any delays in shipping.

5. How Refunds Are Made In the case of an approved refund to a buyer (partially or entirely) regardless of the reason for the authorized return, the refund is made exclusively via a bank transfer back to the buyer’s account. Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances. This means that the buyer must provide us with a valid bank account number, and our bank, at our request, will refund the funds directly to that account in Euros (€).
