Refund policy
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, the buyer may unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days from the date of concluding the distance contract. To exercise the right to unilateral termination, you must notify us of your decision by an unequivocal statement sent by mail to the address 1 Desanke Maksimović, 81000 Podgorica, or by e-mail to info@fegoconcept.com, before the expiration of the specified period. Please state the order date, order number, your name, municipality, phone number, and bank account number for the refund. If you do not wish to provide or do not have a standard bank account, please inform us via e-mail at info@fegoconcept.com.
The buyer can return the goods exclusively if they are undamaged, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the supporting documentation (invoice) that was delivered with them.
If the buyer returns goods they are dissatisfied with via post or courier, the costs of this return delivery are borne by the buyer.
If the buyer notices physical damage caused during transport after taking over the shipment (after the courier representative has left), they must report it within 24 hours to info@fegoconcept.com. Complaints submitted in this manner will be examined in detail with the courier service, but we reserve the right to reject them. Complaints about physical damage submitted more than 24 hours after the delivery time cannot be accepted.
Every item in our online store has its picture and description. Please note that because our premium botanical arrangements are handcrafted and photographed under professional lighting, slight variations in color tone, leaf arrangement, or pot finish may naturally occur between the online image and the actual product you receive. Also, device display settings may affect how colors appear. These minor aesthetic differences are considered normal character of the product and do not constitute a 'defect' or a 'mismatch'. However, if the delivered goods represent a completely different product model than the one explicitly ordered, the buyer has the right to initiate a return process.
